Keyline opens a new branch in the Scandinavian peninsula, acquiring the majority shares of Adax AB, a Swedish company operating for over 10 years in the sector of distribution and service of key cutting machines and keys. Elena Bianchi, Keyline sales manager, will also join the board of the new branch, which will take the name of Keyline Scandinavia AB, as well as Mariacristina Gribaudi, who will take on the role of President.
The agreement signed with Gustav Elvenger, director and partner of Adax, is the result of a multi-year working relationship established between Keyline and Adax over the years, thanks also to the intervention of the K&L Gates global law firm, which assisted the company in the acquisition.

"Taking control of these companies, which were already our commercial partners - explains the CEO Mariacristina Gribaudi and the General Manager Massimo Bianchi - we strengthen the network of branches in the world by coming directly in contact with the key duplicator customer, which allows us to better intercept particular needs, then adapting our products more quickly ”.
