The three-axis cutting system, driven by stepper motors, guarantees smooth and precise movements, while Widia cutters and a speed of 13,000 rpm deliver excellent results even in the most complex operations.

Accurate decoding, even on worn keys

The electrical contact reading system, combined with the Liger Plus OS software, ensures precise decoding even on worn keys, minimizing reading errors and improving the quality of the duplicated keys.

Sequential engraving without removing the key

Ninja Vortex allows the engraving and personalization of the metal key head without removing it from the clamp, speeding up the process and offering a more complete service.

Modular clamp system for every need

The machine comes with a standard set of four clamps:

• A01, A02, A03: for secure clamping of automotive laser-type keys
• C01: optimized for dimple keys

Optional nickel-plated steel clamps are also available to further extend the machine’s versatility.
